These terms govern your rights and obligations as a ShowBravo member. By signing up you agree to these terms.

Marketplace intermediary notice

ShowBravo is a marketplace intermediary platform operated by Inpica. The actual sellers of performance tickets are the venues and ticket distributors; Inpica acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to the underlying transaction. ShowBravo facilitates payment processing, customer support, and refund procedures, but final responsibility for performance fulfillment, cancellation, or postponement rests with the seller.

1. Service definition

ShowBravo is a platform that lists global performances (musicals, opera, classical, festivals, exhibitions) and brokers payment and ticketing. The operator is Inpica (the 'Company'), acting as a marketplace intermediary between members and sellers (venues / ticket distributors). The Company supplements these terms with operational policies (User Guide /guide/user, Community Guidelines /community-guidelines).

2. Eligibility

Members must be 14 years of age or older. Members aged 14–18 confirm legal-guardian consent at signup. International residents may use the service under the same terms; the platform is offered in Korean and English. The Company may refuse or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent use, duplicate registration, or account trading.

3. Account & registration

You can sign up via email, Kakao, Google, or Apple. You agree to provide accurate information; signing up under another person's identity is prohibited. You are responsible for managing your password; suspicious sign-in attempts trigger an alert email. You can self-delete via My → Delete account (/my/delete-account).

4. Booking & payment

Flow — search → seat selection → payment → QR ticket. Payments are processed via Stripe / PayPal / Kakao Pay. Raw card data (number, CVC, expiry) is transmitted directly to PCI-DSS compliant processors and is never stored on ShowBravo servers. Seats are allocated on a paid-first basis; on concurrency conflicts, the later payment is automatically refunded. Issued QR tickets are bound to the member's account to prevent forgery.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Cancellation fees follow the standard used by major Korean ticketing platforms and depend on how long is left before the show. • Cancel before midnight KST on the day you booked — no fee, and the booking fee is refunded too • Cancel within 7 days of booking — no fee (the show-date rules below take precedence) • Up to 10 days before the show — no fee • 9–7 days before — 10% of the ticket price • 6–3 days before — 20% of the ticket price • 2–1 days before — 30% of the ticket price • On the day of the show — cancellation is not available (including same-day bookings) Online cancellation stays open until 23:59 the day before the show. Some shows set an earlier cutoff, so check the notice on the booking screen first. ShowBravo issues digital tickets only, so no delivery-related terms apply. If a show does not go ahead for reasons other than force majeure, you receive a full refund plus 10% compensation. Cancellations or postponements caused by the seller are refunded 100%, including processing fees. Force-majeure cancellations are handled by agreement between the parties; if unresolved, the dispute resolution clause (§8) applies. Rights guaranteed under applicable law and the Korea Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard are unaffected by these tiers. International-visitor preferential pricing (foreigner discount) will be specified in the English-language terms after Phase 2 launch; during Phase 1, all users are subject to identical tiers.

6. Member obligations

The following are prohibited — automated page scraping, bot- or macro-based purchasing, seat-grabbing for resale, review spamming or covert advertising, personal attacks on other members, uploading obscene / discriminatory / illegal content, identity theft or payment-method fraud. Violations escalate through content unpublish → content removal → temporary suspension (7 / 30 days) → permanent suspension. Members may be liable for damages caused to the Company.

7. Company obligations & liability limits

As a marketplace intermediary, Inpica provides the system, UI, and customer support necessary for safe transactions. Performance quality, fulfillment, and cancellation are the responsibility of the seller (venue / distributor). The Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, power outages, network failures, third-party illegal acts, or any other event outside its reasonable control. The service may be paused for system maintenance after prior notice during the beta period.

8. Dispute resolution

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Members should first contact the operations team (help@inpica.com); if unresolved, mediation may be requested via the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee. Detailed procedures and ICC arbitration guidance for international residents are in the Community Guidelines (/community-guidelines).

9. Changes to the terms

When the terms change, members are notified at least 30 days in advance (for adverse changes) via in-app banner, email, and push notification. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request account termination before the effective date; in that case, accumulated points are refunded based on the value at the change date.
