These guidelines explain our review, reporting, and dispute-resolution procedures. They apply equally to all members.

Marketplace intermediary notice

ShowBravo is a marketplace intermediary platform operated by Inpica. The actual sellers of performance tickets are the venues and ticket distributors; Inpica acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to the underlying transaction. ShowBravo facilitates payment processing, customer support, and refund procedures, but final responsibility for performance fulfillment, cancellation, or postponement rests with the seller.

1. Review writing principles

Reviews must be written for shows you actually attended. Fact-based opinions, evaluations, and criticism are welcome; personal attacks, profanity, and discriminatory language are prohibited. We recommend one review per show per person; spam reviews are monitored both automatically and manually. Attached photos must be ones you took yourself or for which you have legitimate usage rights.

2. Inappropriate content

The following are removed or unpublished immediately — spam / repeated advertising, links steering to external sites, obscene / violent / discriminatory expression, copyright-infringing photos (including content from venues with no-photography rules), exposure of others' personal data, false-information dissemination, reviews that openly expose major spoilers (use the spoiler toggle).

3. Reporting & enforcement

Reports can be filed via the three-dot menu on review / artist / event pages. Operators review reports within 24–72 hours. Enforcement escalates by violation severity — warning → content unpublish → content removal → temporary suspension (7 / 30 days) → permanent suspension. Decisions can be appealed to help@inpica.com.

4. Dispute resolution flow

Member-vs-member disputes — operators mediate first. Member-vs-seller (venue) disputes — ShowBravo provides first-line mediation; if unresolved, the case is forwarded to the seller and progress is reported back. If you disagree with the operator's decision, you may pursue mediation through external bodies. All procedures are provided in both Korean and English equally.

5. External dispute-resolution bodies

Korea Consumer Agency — 1372 / www.kca.go.kr. Content Dispute Resolution Committee — +82-2-2017-1126 / www.kcdrc.kr. Personal Data Dispute Mediation Committee — 1833-6972 / www.kopico.go.kr. International residents may also pursue ICC International Commercial Arbitration; all disputes are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
