Are partial refunds possible?

Partial refunds apply in these cases.

  • Tiered refund per cancellation timing — under the Korean Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard: full refund within 7 days of purchase AND at least 24 hours before showtime, full refund up to 10 days before the show, 10% fee 9–7 days before, 20% fee 6–3 days before, 30% fee 2 days before through cutoff.   • Group-booking partial cancel — when the host cancels only some seats, only those seats refund; if a group discount applied, unit prices are recalculated.
  • Show-session partial cancel — when the venue cancels select sessions only, only those sessions refund and ShowBravo notifies you.

Partial refunds aren't auto-processed — email help@inpica.com with your booking ID and reason. Settled within 5–10 business days.
