How exactly does the wait list work?

On a sold-out show, tap the Join wait list toggle on the sold-out screen. When a refund / cancellation frees a seat, the next-in-line is selected.

1. Notification fires — push (app) + email at the same time.
2. 5-minute payment window — first wait-lister gets exclusive 5 minutes to pay.
3. Auto-rolls — if you miss the window, the next wait-lister gets the slot.
4. Re-queuing allowed — you can re-join if you missed it once.

Manage all your wait lists at My → Notifications → Waiting shows. Wait lists auto-close 24 hours before showtime.
