What's the refund policy?

Up to 24 hours before the show, the Cancel booking button on the booking detail screen issues an instant refund.

• Funds settle in 5–10 business days based on your card issuer.
• Any coupon you used returns to your wallet; the 1% reward credited at purchase is debited back.
• After the 24-hour cutoff, the self-serve cancel locks. Email help@inpica.com for partial-refund cases.
