How do I delete my account?

Go to My → Settings → Delete account. On submit:

• All personal data is deleted immediately (PIPA Article 21).
• Upcoming bookings are auto-cancelled and refunded per policy.
• Points and coupons are forfeited.
• Reviews remain as anonymous Guest entries.
• The same email is blocked from rejoining for 30 days.

Payment and booking records are retained for 5 years per the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, then purged automatically.
