User guide
Booking flow, refund tiers, and notes for international visitors — everything a first-time user should know.
1. Find a show → book it
Search from the home page or browse via the Category and Nearby tabs. Tap a show card to land on the detail page where seat selection → checkout → QR ticket all happen in the same flow. External affiliate events (GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Klook, Ticketmaster) open in a new tab via the "Book on partner" button — checkout completes on the partner's own site.
2. Refund policy (Korean Consumer Dispute Resolution Standard)
The cancellation fee depends on how long is left before the show. There is no fee right after booking, and it rises as the show gets closer. • Cancel before midnight KST on the day you booked — no fee, and the booking fee is refunded too • Cancel within 7 days of booking — no fee (the show-date rules below take precedence) • Up to 10 days before the show — no fee • 9–7 days before — 10% of the ticket price • 6–3 days before — 20% of the ticket price • 2–1 days before — 30% of the ticket price • On the day of the show — cancellation is not available (including same-day bookings) Online cancellation stays open until 23:59 the day before the show. Some shows close earlier, so check the notice on the booking screen first. If a show does not go ahead for reasons other than force majeure, you get a full refund plus 10% compensation. Refunds reverse to the original payment method and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your card issuer.
3. International visitors
ShowBravo ships in Korean and English. Switch via the language toggle in the top-right or visit /en/... directly. Identity-verification bypass for foreign residents in Korea, plus international payment options (Stripe, PayPal, Kakao Pay), are rolling out in stages.
4. Support
The help center (/help) covers most common questions. For anything else, email help@inpica.com — we reply within 24 business hours.
